This summit will be organised with the aim of increasing the trade volume between the Mediterranean countries and İzmir.

While the leading figures of the Mediterranean will take part as speakers in the panels to be organised at the summit, exporter companies will establish international network connections in B2B meetings.

As Association of Businesswomen of İzmir, we are organizing a first for a very special purpose and bringing together the leading business world representatives of the Mediterranean countries in order to discuss the ‘sustainable future of the Mediterranean’, to share joint responsibilities in this regard and most importantly to be a partner in the efforts of ‘all for one’ and ‘one for all’.
We are organizing the Mid of Med Mediterranean Business Summit in İzmir, our historical port city, at the beginning of the second century of our Turkish Republic, with the aim of increasing the volume of trade between the Mediterranean countries and İzmir, and with the theme of the role of international trade for a peaceful atmosphere in the Mediterranean.
While the leading names of the Mediterranean will participate as inspiring speakers in the sessions and panels of the summit, the participants will have the opportunity to meet and closely connect with international organizations and companies in B2B meetings and senior representatives of institutions such as the Association of Mediterranean Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASCAME), Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), European Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (EUROCHAMBERS).
